JOY FOR CHILDREN MADE POSSIBLE
Within the activities of the Centre for peace, legal advice and psycho-social assistance of Vukovar the Centre established successful cooperation with the German humanitarian organization "COS"- children on stage. This cooperation had started in August 1997, when they visited Vukovar and villages Sodolovci, Petrova Slatina, Trpinja and fourth primary school in Vukovar.

Main activities of the "COS" are modern dances, painting and development of photograph, development of statues and etc. Volunteers of the German humanitarian organization are young people, who are trying to give little joy to the lives of the children from jeopardized areas, of Bosnia and Hercegovina and Croatia. The German volunteers had a good cooperation and understanding, with the local authorities,

and professors and teachers in schools. After the training, at the last, finishing performance, children performed different dances, and prepare exhibition of photographs and statues made of clay. Activities will continue this year.
Visit to the Peace Centre and female Organisation "BOSFAM" in Tuzla
 MEETINGS FOR NATIONAL RECONCILIATION
Members of the Centre for peace, legal advice and psycho-social assistance of Vokuvar, had shorter visit to the above named Centre in Tuzla. Director of thr Programm mrs. Sanja zivkovic, acquainted guests with the Centre´s work. She was talking about recent projekts of the "OXFAM", who is today performing independently and who is legaly registradet, as a Information centre "LOTOS", "ZID" work-shop and childrens centre "FOOTSTEPS OF HOPE".
Basic aims of the Centre are, as it is underlined: Promotion of new approach for the persons with disability problems and construction of the new social model,

Meetings of Woman of Tuzla and woman of Vukovar

in which invalids would have, a right for decidions and organization of their own lifes, promotion and fight, for application of same chances for dignitiy return of invalids, influence on making legal certificates in the area of social care, health care, work care, education, pension and disability insurance, with the aim of realization of conditions for their life
  and the life of their familiy members, than informations about rights of the person with disability, organization of different public actions, campaigns, radio and television shows and etc.

"ZID" organisation is successfully producing anatomical chairs for invalids, furniture and etc., while the children´s Centre "FOOTSTEPS OF HOPE" is using social model for education of children with "CELEBRAL" parlysis, integration of children into society, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and etc. About the "BOSFAM" organization (Bosnian Family), manager Beba Hadzic whose beginning of work was in "OXFAM" organisation, gave more details, to the guests about the organisation. "BOSFAM" organisation was founded, as a local organisation in which, woman are mutually educating in basic work.

The "BOSFAM" is starter of coalition for return, restitute of reconciliation and fight against general hatred. Meetings of the "BOSFAM" members and woman of Vukovar will contribute, as it is emphasized to the national reconciliation.
